Has my package shipped? |
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or FedEx) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit. |
Do you ship International? |
It usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. |
What is your return policy? |
Returned items must meet these requirements: Returned within 14 business days of receipt of receiving your order. In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor. Swimwear bottoms are final sale for hygienic reasons. We reserve the right to deny any request for returns if the item has been worn, original tags removed, washed, stained or damaged in any way. Customers are responsible for return shipping and should use the least expensive option for orders under $75. Check with your local post office for shipping rates. If item(s) are not received within 14 days of date the order was placed no refund will be given. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If you mail in your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. |
