Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit. |

Returned items must meet these requirements: Returned within 14 business days of receipt of receiving your order. In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor. Swimwear bottoms are final sale for hygienic reasons. We reserve the right to deny any request for returns if the item has been worn, original tags removed, washed, stained or damaged in any way. Customers are responsible for return shipping and should use the least expensive option. Check with your local post office for shipping rates. If item(s) are not received withing 14 days of date the order was placed no refund will be given. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If you mail in your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. |

| How long do I have to make a return? |
| If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the order shipment date for a refund to the original form of payment, less the shipping charge. **Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. We reserve the right to decline your return or assess a 15% re-stocking fee if these terms have not been followed. Sale items & swimwear are final sale. |

| Returns are accepted on full price merchandise that is shipped back within 30 days of its delivery date. In the case of a return, you will be refunded in U.S. dollars and your credit card company will exchange the currency. Lydia Endora is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes and duties.
